24-Hour Crisis Intervention
Have you suffered a violent crime? Immediately call our 24-hour crisis intervention hotline. We can provide information and referrals for your situation along with follow-up resources to assist judicial, medical, or other needs.
Safety Options for Your Situation
You can count on Cross Timbers Family Services for emergency shelter, safety planning, protective orders, and more. We will protect you from future contact with abusive, volatile environments.
Accompaniment is also available so that you have support as you work through related legal, law enforcement, or medical proceedings.
Counseling Services
Get confidential counseling services by trained professionals, free of charge, at Cross Timbers Family Services. Support groups also meet to share experiences so you never are forced to face things alone.

Support for Survivors
Cross Timbers Family Services provides services to adult and child survivors of domestic violence, stranger and non-stranger sexual assault, child abuse, and other violent crimes. These services include:
- Crisis intervention
- 24-hour hotline
- Medical, legal, and judicial accompaniment
- Emergency shelter
- Safety planning
- Individual and group therapy
- Assistance with protective orders and crime victims compensation
- Personal advocacy
- Information and referrals
We also have two counselors that provide EMDR therapy.
No appointment is necessary for immediate face-to-face crisis intervention and advocacy services. These services are available during regular business hours (9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri) and during non-business hours via 24-hour hotline.
